As part of the changes aimed at continuously improving the performance of its functional units, the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC) today, 4 July 2025, in a private ceremony at his premises at 4 de Fevereiro Airport, appointed the new Head of Planning and Statistics Department (DPE), Nicolau Dárido Pandas, replacing Hamed Aires Rufino.



The solemn ceremony was attended by the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Amélia Domingues Kuvíngua, members of the Board and senior ANAC officials, marking the renewal of the Authority's structure with a view of achieving its strategic institutional objectives.

Nicolau Pandas assumes a strategic area, responsible from preparing ANAC's forecasts, plans and financial executions, based on the rigorous processing of statistical data, as well as ensuring that the implementation of institutional projects complies with best management practices.
