ANNOUNCEMENT - EXAMS OF THE 2ND. 2026 SEASON

Pursuant to Law No. 14/19, of 23 May – Civil Aviation Law, Law No. 28/21, of 25 October – Law on the National Civil Aviation Authority, and Aeronautical Technical Regulations No. 7 (NTA 7) – Personnel Licensing, approved by Order No. 975-A/22, of 29 September, the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC) makes public that registration for the aeronautical personnel licensing exams is open,  corresponding to the 2nd season of 2026, in the following specialties:

a) Cabin Navigation Personnel (PNC);

b) Commercial Aircraft Pilot (PCA);

c) Commercial Helicopter Pilot (PCH);

d) Aircraft Airline Pilot (PLAA);

e) Helicopter Airline Pilot (PLAH);

f) Private Aircraft Pilot (PPA);

g) Aircraft Maintenance Technician (TMA);

h) Aircraft Repair Specialist (ERA);

i) Theoretical Instructor (IT);

j) Flight Instructor (IV);

k) Flight Operations Officer (OOV);

l) Air Traffic Controller (ATT).

1. Application Deadline

Registration runs until August 10, 2026.

2. Place of registration

Registrations must be made at the premises of the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC), located at Dr. António Agostinho Neto International Airport, Estrada Nacional n.º 230, Km 40, Icolo e Bengo Province, during normal office hours.

3. Conducting the exams

The exams will take place from August 17 to September 2, 2026, according to the calendar established by ANAC.

4. Requirements

Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements provided for in the applicable laws and regulations, as well as submit the documentation required for the category of license, qualification or authorisation for which they are applying.

5. Final provisions

Omissions and doubts arising from the interpretation of this Notice will be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation and the technical regulations in force.
