ANAC CELEBRATES SUCCESSFUL INAUGURAL FACILITATION WORKSHOP

This training event, a pioneer at national level and jointly certified, was attended by national and international experts, including the representative of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), Ms Alejandra Cortez, who shared practical experiences on verifying compliance with international facilitation standards.

The event was moderated by the Head of ANAC's Facilitation Department, Edna dos Santos, and was attended by the Migration and Foreigners Service (SME), which provided technical training for airline representatives and ANAC staff.

The Administrator for the Security Area, Dr Emanuel Candengue, and the Director of Study, Information and Analysis Office, Commissioner Firmino Somavie, expressed their appreciation for the institutional collaboration and emphasised the initiative's importance in strengthening the National Facilitation System.

This workshop represents a milestone in national capabilities and consolidates ANAC's commitment in promoting safe, efficient civil aviation aligned with the best international practices.
